SECTION 1 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN GENERAL
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days upon delivery date of your order and upon notification sent to our Customer Service through email at email@example.com.
In this email, you must attached a copy of the proof of return with readable tracking number and postmark.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THESE 14 DAYS HAVE GONE.
To be elligible, the returned items have to meet the below conditions:
• Returned items have all original tags attached.
• Returned items have not been worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
• Footwear have not been worn, scuffed, or marked.
• Return and exchange items include the original packaging intact: shoe box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags, etc.
N.Y.A.K.È. will proceed with a quality control of all returned items and has the right to refuse any of them that do not meet the above stated conditions. In any case, we will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ALL SALE ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, GIFT CARDS OR SWIMWEAR (EVENT IF HYGIENE STRIP IS STILL ON THE PRODUCT).
SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES (if applicable)
For any exchange, please first notify our Customer Service through email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the return of the firstly ordered item to the address we will provide you.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail it to the address we will confirm you by email, once confirming the acceptance of your return or exchange. We recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (especially for international returns) as N.Y.A.K.È. is not responsible for lost returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
ALL RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS (DIRECT RETURN OR RETURN AGAINST EXCHANGE) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
N.Y.A.K.È. will take in charge the shipping fees to send you back the exchanged item, only to the address the first order was originally shipped to, knowing that the lead time it may take yo reach you may vary according to where you live.
We are not responsible for packages after reaching their destination (this includes freight forwards and other 3rd party shipping companies).
SECTION 4 - REFUND
N.Y.A.K.È. will issue a refund to original payment method for regular priced merchandise within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the returned item. We will notify you once the refund is executed on our side.
SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 6 - GIFTS (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and She/He will find out about your return.
